Magzter is a digital magazine newsstand, with over 4865+ magazines from around the world in its catalogue. It allows you to read, download, and explore your favourite magazines from a smartphone, tablet or computer. It covers more than 60 different languages including Indian and international language magazines on various subjects like Business, Culture, News, Technology, Education, Entertainment, Life Style, Sports, Travel, Children, Women's interest, Automobile, Fashion, etc.
The Making of the Modern World database includes 62,400 titles, includes books, serials, pamphlets, essays and more. This collection follows the development of the modern western worlds through the lens of trade and wealth. It has major historical events during the period 1450-1850 with full-text search capabilities. Some of them are rare books and primary source materials. It focuses on economics interpreted in the widest sense, including political science, history, sociology and special collections on banking, finance, transportation, and manufacturing.

This database offers a comprehensive and unique collection of company, industry and country analysis and report, extending across 200+ countries and every major industry sector. Market data analysis database provides data across the globe on food, drinks, personal care, household products, pet care, news and magazines, etc. Country statistics database provides macro socio economic data of 215 countries worldwide both historic and forecast data.
Meteorological Data (Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar 2014-2016)
This Dataset contains about Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar Station's Daily maximum & minimum temperature, Daily total rainfall, Daily relative humidity, Daily wind direction & wind speed, and Air Pressure ( SLP ) for the years 2014-2016.

It provides the secondary data for socioeconomic variables and market intelligence up to district level for all the states and union territories of India. It also provides Market Potential Index (MPI) and other data, in separate views for rural, urban, and the total Indian market for 630 districts.
It includes data on temperature, humidity, wind speed and visibility for 30 cities in India in different climatic zones. Its analyses various parameters including; temperature, rainfall, evaporation, duration of sunshine in hours, force of wind and squall data from the year 1961 to 2014.

The Vikram Sarabhai Library has 140+ databases in its e-resources collection. The databases have been divided into different categories content wise like company & country database, scholarly resources, research support resources and legal databases. These databases fulfill the specific requirements sought by the users.
- Most of the databases are accessible through IP, while some databases require log-in ID & password.
- The faculty and existing students can access the databases off-campus through Remote Access.
- The Databases should be used solely for academic and research needs and not for any commercial purpose.

The Vikram Sarabhai Library (VSL) is named after Dr. Vikram Sarabhai, world renowned physicist and founding Director of IIMA. It was set up in 1962 and is one of the best management libraries in Asia. The library is open 24x7. Our mission is to facilitate convenient and user friendly access to current, global and relevant information by identifying, acquiring, organizing and retrieving information in various formats (print & non print) to serve the information needs of the academic fraternity of IIMA to meet their teaching, research, consulting, training and learning requirements.
